2 works: I would like to start as a traditional free hand sketch in pencil, then outline in pen and ink, scan the work and use Photoshop (or Painter X) to fill the color in digitally. I will place an emphasis on value change within coloring, I would like to experiment with different techniques such as painting in areas digitally stroke by stroke in a layering manor, or simply filling areas and manipulating the gradation and value change of the filled areas. I have in mind that these two pieces will have much more of a line art,’cartoon’/Pop Art/Poster,advertisement feel to them when complete.
